Steven M. Gribben is the founder and owner of Gribben & Associates, Inc. In 2005, he established the firm to offer a blend of business and legal counsel to investment entrepreneurs and small to mid-market businesses. The firm's client base has since expanded to include several well-established investment funds with assets over $1 billion.

Mr. Gribben has served as general counsel for the investment company Westmoore Management, LLC, the real estate lending company First Option Finance, and the apparel brand Royal Elastics. He has also participated in real estate entitlement, acquisition and disposition projects with the investment funds Ethan Christopher, LLC and GPS Partners.

Through Mr. Gribben's experience as legal counsel for both early-stage companies and investment firms, he has developed a unique insight into private capital markets. He has used this insight to help clients obtain government funding, structure venture capital proposals and form strategic alliances. He has also worked with investment management firms, including Axis Global Management (now a division of Alaron Trading Corp.), to develop newinvestment products.

Mr. Gribben received his B.A. Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. He is member of the California Bar and a licensed California real estate broker. He has also passed the Series 65 examination for investment advisors.
