Steven M. Gribben is the founder and owner of Gribben & Associates, Inc. In 2005, he established the firm to offer a blend of business and legal counsel to investment entrepreneurs and small to mid-market businesses. The firm's client base has since expanded to include several well-established investment funds with assets over $1 billion.

Mr. Gribben has served as outside general counsel for a range of companies acquired or funded by the firm's investment clients. These companies have included tech startups, apparel brands, and real estate oriented business, among others.

Through Mr. Gribben's experience as legal counsel for both early-stage companies and investment firms, he has developed a unique insight into private capital markets. He has used this insight to help clients obtain government funding, structure venture capital proposals and form strategic alliances. He has also worked with investment management firms, including Axis Global Management (now a division of Alaron Trading Corp.), to develop newinvestment products.

Mr. Gribben received his B.A. Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. He is member of the California Bar and a licensed California real estate broker. He has also passed the Series 65 examination for Investment Advisors.

Deukhoon "Peter" Han serves as counsel to the firm and specializes in international corporate and real estate transactions, as well as immigration matters.

Mr. Han began his legal carrier working as a contract attorney for O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and later for Heller Ehrman LLP. He then served as outside general counsel for Paris Baguette USA, Inc., where he represented the company in the expansion of its franchise program in the United States.

Having received his education in both the United States and Korea, Mr. Han understands the legal systems, customs and cultures of both countries. His unique background enables him to effectively represent clients in a variety of international business transactions and immigration matters (including the EB1, EB2 and EB5 programs, which can enable international investors to obtain citizenship in the United States).

Mr. Han has an extensive legal education. He was a Visiting Researching Scholar at UCLA School of Law in 2009, and he received his J.D. from University of Kansas School of Law in 2007. He also studied in the Tax LL.M. program at Northwestern University Law School in 2005 and received his LL.M. from Indiana University School of Law in 2004. Additionally, he received his LL.M. in Commercial Law from Korea University Graduate School of Law in 2003, and his LL.B. from Korea University College of Law in 1995.
